Christina Marie Bowden

Christina Marie Bowden, age 38 years, of Pennington, NJ, died on Monday, January 14, 2013 at her home.

Born in El Paso, TX, April 11, 1974, daughter of William and Anna Carlini Goodwin of Lake Tahoe, CA, she had resided in Pennington since 2003.

A former member of the United States Navy Seal Team #1, she served from 1999-2003. Upon being honorably discharged at the rank of Lieutenant, she became an intelligence officer in the counter-terrorism task force of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Newark and Trenton, NJ.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Jonathon Bowden, D.M.D.; a son, Conner; a sister and brother-in-law, Tanya and Bob Maslach of San Diego, CA; her mother and father-in-law, Carrolle and Robert Bowden of Whitehouse Station, NJ; and a sister-in-law and brother-law, Debra and Todd Wolf of Bridgeport, CT.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at Noon in St. James Roman Catholic Church, 115 East Delaware Avenue, Pennington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the Church on Thursday. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA.
