Cody B. Czyzewski, age 20 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Friday, March 6, 2015, at home.
Born in Raritan Township, NJ, September 27, 1994, son of Lisa Czyzewski of Raritan Township, NJ and Charles Jackson of Camden, NJ, he was a graduate of Somerville High School and was a student at Raritan Valley Community College.
A lifelong ice hockey player, he played for the Bears, the Renegades, the Pioneers and the Princeton Tigers. Cody was also an animal lover and a lover of hip-hop music.
Cody was also employed in the Deli Dept. of ShopRite, Flemington, NJ.
Surviving, in addition to his father and mother, are two brothers, Casey Czyzewski of Flemington, NJ and Charles Ray of Three Bridges, NJ; two uncles, Duane Czyzewski of New Hope, PA. and Frank Czyzewski and his wife, Kristin of Lebanon, NJ; an aunt, Iwonka Piatek of New Hope, PA; his grandfather, Frank Czyzewski of Flemington, NJ; a cousin, Jaclyn Czyzewski of Lebanon, NJ; his good friends, Lisa, Jessie, Brett, Pubs, Jordon, John, Matt and Jason; and his dogs, Diesel and Tiny.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 11:00 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Rural Hill Cemetery, Whitehouse, NJ. Calling hours will be Wednesday 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM.
