Concetta "Tina" J. Trombetti

Concetta “Tina” J. Trombetti, age 98 years, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at Complete Care at Brakeley Park, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born in Asbury Park, NJ, May 29, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Pauline (Longo) Pinella. She and her husband had formerly resided in Long Island, NY before moving to New Jersey later in life.

Tina was formerly employed by the Macy’s Department Store in retail sales. In fact, among other roles, she was a Gucci handbag specialist.

Additionally, her family remembers her as a great cook, floral arranger, and cake decorator. She was tremendously loved by all and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was predeceased by her husband of seventy years, Gino Trombetti, who died in 2016; as well as her sister, Ida Yoshikawa.

Surviving are two daughters, Jeanne Howell of Lopatcong, NJ and Vicky Hanrahan of Huntersville, NC; five grandchildren, Darren, Scott, Ryan, Leah, and Conor; six great-grandchildren; as well as her brother, Salvatore Pinella, of Maryland.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 11:00 AM in the Immaculate Conception Mausoleum, Annandale, NJ. Interment with her late husband will follow. There are no calling hours.
