Constance Lynn Worthington, age 58 years, of West Palm Beach, FL, died on Monday, January 19, 2009 in Manor Care Nursing Home, West Palm Beach, FL.

Born in Middletown, RI, May 8, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Doris Eick Scholz and William J. Scholz of Vero Beach, FL.

Surviving, in addition to her father, are her husband, Glenn Worthington; two children, Glenn Worthington, Jr. of West Palm Beach, FL and Denise Holland of Lake Worth, FL; two grandchildren, Courtney and Devin Worthington; a brother, Robert Scholz; and a sister, Deborah Luciano.
