Dai Woodward, age 83, of Flemington Borough, died Friday, May 22, 2015 at Valley View Care Center in Alexandria Township, NJ.

Born February 28, 1932 in Vietnam, Dai had resided in Flemington for the past 42 years.

Surviving is her long-time companion, Ronald Emery of Flemington, NJ.

Graveside services will be held in Lower Amwell Cemetery in Delaware Township under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
