David C. Dilts, age 87 years, of Montgomery Township, NJ, formerly of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Sunday, October 14, 2007, at his residence.
Born in Raritan Township, NJ, October 31, 1919, he was the son of the late George and Elizabeth Dilts.
He was a retired broker with Laidlaw, Princeton, NJ.
He was a United States Army veteran of World War II having served in the Phillipines.
He was pre-deceased by his wife, Mary Mathews Dilts, and a son, David Dilts. Surviving are two sons; George Dilts of Pittstown, NJ, and Dan Dilts of Marblehead, MA; a sister, Justine Carey of Virginia Beach, VA; four grandchildren: Jeffrey Wilson, Bryan Wilson, Matthew Dilts, and Brent Dilts; three great-grandchildren: Jack Wilson, Logan Wilson, and Schuyler Wilson; and his companion, Maureen Stevens of Montgomery Township, NJ.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2007, at 11 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
