Dean Harrison Pfriender

Dean Harrison Pfriender, age 60 years, of Hampton, NJ, died on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at his home.

Born in Queens, NY, July 30, 1950, son of the late Henry William and Mildred Barbara Schlak Pfriender, he had formerly resided in Washington, NJ, Pittstown, NJ and Mountainside, NJ.

He was a real-estate agent with Win-Win Real Estate, Peapack, NJ and also owned and operated a home remodeling company. A former member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Flemington, NJ, as well as being active in other area Lutheran churches, Dean loved the ocean, boating and was a model railroad enthusiast.

Surviving are his fiancée, Patricia Cericola; a daughter, Courtney Pfriender of Flemington, NJ; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert C. and Paula Pfriender of Hillsborough, NJ; a sister and brother-in-law, Diane B. and Richard Hettinger of Mendham, NJ; and several nephews.

Funeral Services will take place Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 201 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
