Dianne Dobozynski

Dianne Dobozynski, age 61 years, of Forks Township, PA, died Thursday, June 13, 2013, in Easton Hospital, Easton, PA.

Born in Somerville, NJ, July 5, 1951, daughter of Anna Christopher Dobozynski of Stanton, NJ, and the late Walter Dobozynski, she had resided in the Easton area six years and had formerly resided in Mt. Pocono, PA.

As a young girl, she loved horses and her heart, like her front door, was always open. During her struggle with diabetes, her keen sense of humor would bring smiles to the faces of her doctors, nurses and other patients. Her hobbies of fishing, gardening and cooking always brought her great joy. All will miss her love, humor and generous spirit.

A graduate of Mount St. John's Academy, Gladstone, NJ, she was formerly manager of Carraige House Hotel in the Poconos and later was employed by Giant Supermarket. At one time, Dianne was also a home health aide in Phillipsburg, NJ, and was also a licensed realtor in PA.

Surviving, in addition to her loving mother, are two brothers, George Dobozynski and his wife, Barbara, of Flemington, NJ, and Walter "Joe" Dobozynski and his wife, Carol, of Mifflintown, PA.; a sister, Linda Pettie and her husband, George, of Washington, DC.; two adored nieces, Sara and Rita Dobozynski of Mifflintown, PA, and two adored nephews, Jack and Mason Dobozynski of Flemington, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 10:00 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ, followed by interment in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bridgewater, NJ. Calling hours will be Monday 7:00-9:00 PM at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
