Dolores Pyatt of Flemington, NJ, (Delaware Township), died Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY, September 20, 1928, daughter of the late William and Helen Farren Thompson, she had resided in Hunterdon County for over sixty years. She was a retail salesperson for many years in several stores including Nileen Shop and Mikasa, both in Flemington, NJ. Dolores was pre-deceased by two daughters, Barbara Punderson and Sandra Kelli Karle, four brothers, Frank Kenneth, Robert and William Thompson and her sister, Margaret DeCleene. Surviving are her husband, Harold C. Pyatt; her daughters, Patricia Hall of Flemington, NJ (husband Jack) and Cathleen McCaughey (husband John) of Phillipsburg, NJ; her sister, Barbara Heck; seven grandchildren, Scot Punderson, James Punderson, Adriane Vail, Matthew Hall, Lucas Stryker, Kellen McCaughey, Brynna Genao; and eleven great-grandchildren, Collin Punderson, Samantha Punderson, Alexa Vail, Olivia Vail, Kaitlyn Punderson, Megan Punderson, Brody Stryker, Quinn Stryker, Antonio Genao, Leila Genao and Declan McCaughey. Private graveside services will be held Saturday, January 1, 2022, in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
