Donald R. Kline

Donald R. Kline, age 76 years, of Clinton, NJ, died on Thursday, February 11, 2016 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Jim Thorpe, PA, December 6, 1939, he was the son of the late Frederick and Lois Brown Kline. He had resided in Clinton for the past forty-seven years. He was a sheet metal worker, and was retired from the Kuhl Corporation, Raritan Township, NJ. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran, serving from 1959-1963. He was a member of American Legion Post #159, Flemington, NJ. He was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Goldwasser, and a brother, Donald Kline. Surviving are his wife of fifty years, Edna Stielau Kline; a daughter, Dawn Herdan, of Watertown, CT; a son, Mark Kline, of Gastonia, NC; two brothers, Robert Kline of Glen Gardner, NJ, and Carl Kline of Rockaway, NJ; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 11 AM in the St. Paul Lutheran Church, 201 Route 31, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA. Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 9-11 AM in the church.
