Doris E. Johnson

Doris E. Johnson, age 84 years, formerly of Flemington, NJ, died Monday, October 9, 2017, in Pittsburgh, PA., with her family at her side. Doris formerly attended the Readington Reformed Church and was a member of the Readington Quilters. She was also a member of Darcy Chapter #138, Order of the Eastern Star. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin D. Johnson, she was the loving mother of Karen (Jeff) Emmons, Cheryl Rose, Bridget L. (James Meredith) Johnson and Michael Johnson; dear grandmother of Benjamin and Jonathan Emmons, Shawn Benson and Julian and Olivia Heckbert; great-grandmother of Huck, Norah, Natalie and Tessa Emmons; sister of Norma Jean Trotlier, Anne Ford and Donald Nichols. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017, at 11:00AM in Readington Cemetery, Readington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
