Doris E. Koellhoffer

Doris E. Koellhoffer, age 81 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 in Princeton Medical Center, Princeton, NJ.

Born in Weatherly, PA, December 31, 1922, duaghter of the late Adam and Martha Warner Keener, she had formerly resided for many years in Rahway, NJ and had resided in Delaware Township eighteen years. She was a homemaker.

Her husband, Leonard Koellhoffer, died in 1984, and a sister, Jean Benner also predeceased her. Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Joe Benincasa of Stockton, NJ, Karin and Charlie Snyder of Marietta, GA, and Barbara and Greg Ruane of Wilmington, DE; a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Sonja Koellhoffer; two brothers, Adam Keener and Thomas Keener, both of Weatherly, PA; eleven grandchildren, Chris, Kate and Andy, Michael and Adam, Len, Sarah and Ken, Jeremy, Vaughn and Belinda; three great-grandchildren, Anna, Ethan and Dillon; and her furry children, Toby and Purry.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Paul Episcopal Church, Elm & Irving Streets, Rahway, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia, NJ. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 9:30-10 a.m. at St. Paul Episcopal Church. Family will receive friends Friday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Benicasa residence.
