Dorothy D. Parker, age 83 years, of Seaford, DE, died on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Manor House Retirement Community. Born in Boston, MA, July 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late John and Kathryn Willis Donoghue. She was a homemaker. Among her survivors is her husband, Willard Case Parker, of Seaford, DE.
