Dorothy W. Young

Dorothy W. Young, age 79 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on June 12, 2007, in Rocky Hill, NJ.

Born in Rocky Hill, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Percy and Adeline Mason Ward.

A loving mother and grandmother, she was an avid shopper at flea markets and was a member of the Daughters of the British Empire.

A homemaker, her husband, Henry Young, died in 1996. A daughter, Dorothy Young, died in 1989, a son, Henry Young, Jr., died in 1996, and a son, Donald Young, died in 2005. Surviving are a son, Marcus Young of Delaware Township, NJ; a sister, Wilma Bates of Clinton Township, NJ; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Interment will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
