Dr. Barbara H. Korberly

Dr. Barbara H. Korberly, age 55 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Friday, July 8, 2005, at her mother's residence in Clinton Township, NJ.

Born in Rahway, NJ, October 9, 1949, she was the daughter of Helen M. Lukasik Korberly of Clinton Township, NJ, and the late Michael Korberly.

She was Vice President of Clinical Research at Johnson & Johnson, Skillman, NJ. She was a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadaelphia, PA, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.). She was a member of the American Pharmacists Association, Washington, DC. In April 2005, the Barbara H. Korberly Professorship in Women's Leadership and Health was established at the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia, PA.

She was a communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, is an aunt, Charlotte Mulcahy, of Washington, DC.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Entombment will be in St. Magdalen Mausoleum. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
