Dr. William Y. Higgins, age 87 years, of Mesa, AZ, died on November 29, 1999. Born in Flemington, NJ on June 21, 1912, he was the son of the late Jacob Schenck Higgins and Hannah Young Higgins. Dr. Higgins was a Veterinarian for Ringling Bros. Circus, The San Diego Zoo, etc. He was survived by his wife, Joann (Collins) Higgins. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
