Edgardo Carmona died unexpectedly on Friday, January 1, 2010. He was 65 years old.
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Edgardo was the son of the late Emilia Carmona. He was raised by Abelardo Carmona and his loving family. Ed graduated from Colegio PanAmericano and continued his studies at Rutgers University.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 8 at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Route 523, Whitehouse, NJ. Interment will follow in Rural Hill Cemetery, Whitehouse, NJ.
Ed worked at American Hoechst Corporation in Somerville, New Jersey as a Manufacturing Manager for 27 years. He then served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Gemini Industries before moving on to his own business, Latin American Foods in Union City.
Above all, Ed was a devoted husband and a wonderful and loving father. Ed’s family was the pride of his life, and he was always generous with his care and affection. He cherished spending every moment of free time with his wife and children. For Ed, there was no greater joy than providing for his family.
Ed is survived by his wife of 34 years, Eva, his three beloved children, Desiree, Vanessa, and Christian, and his large loving family and many friends.
Ed will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
