Edith N. Prall

Edith N. Prall, age 102 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Sunday, September 12, 2010, in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in New Hope, PA, January 16, 1908, she was the daughter of the late William and Annie Grammes Naylor. She had formerly resided in Ocala, FL, and Delaware Township, NJ.

She was a graduate of Rider Business College and was retired from New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, West Trenton, NJ.

Her husband, Charles W. Prall, Sr., died in 1995. Surviving are a son, Charles W. Prall, Jr., of Lambertville, NJ; a daughter, Irma Fuhr of West Amwell Township, NJ; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. In addition , Mrs. Prall raised twelve foster children.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 11 AM in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Old York Road, Reaville, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
