Edwin Richard Neumann

Edwin Richard Neumann, age 65 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, December 5, 1951, son of the late Edwin and Opal Suggs Neumann, he was raised in Guttenberg, NJ and had formerly resided in Dumont, NJ.

A Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate, Edwin worked for Givaudan-Roure and then Diamond Chemical Company, both located in northern New Jersey, before happily retiring. Edwin was beloved for his sense of humor, easy-going nature, commitment to his family and passion for Sunday afternoon New York Giants football.

Surviving are his long-time love, Barbara Muskauski; daughter, April Neumann of Tampa, FL; son, Christopher Neumann of Dumont, NJ; step-daughter, Heather Miller and her husband, Ryan of Hoboken, NJ; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Helen Neumann of Titusville, NJ; two sisters, Carole Venhorst of Lynchburg, VA and Trish McGuire and her husband, Seth of Bedford, VA and grandson, Connor Miller.

Funeral Services officiated by Rev. James DeVries will be held Monday, November 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Flemington NJ. Calling hours will be held Monday from 9:00 until the time of service at the funeral home.
