Eleanor Tribbey

Eleanor Tribbey, age 91 years, of Morrisville, PA, died on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Trenton, NJ, September 15, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Dorothy Snyder Cottrell. She had formerly resided in Flemington, NJ, and had resided in Morrisville since 1962.

Eleanor was the head bookkeeper for B.A.R.C. in Bucks County before retiring. She was a former Girl Scout Leader, member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and longtime member of the Flemington United Methodist Church.

She was predeceased by her brother, Allen Cottrell, her daughter, Sandra Earle, and a step-son, Guy Earle, Sr.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Tanya Tribbey, of Morrisville, PA; a sister, Doris Adams, of Flemington, NJ; her grandchildren: Michael Tribbey, Tiffany Earle (Atta), Michelle Calhoun (Clay), Guy Earle (Christy), John Earle (Josie), and Daryle Earle; and her many great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Noon in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 10 AM to Noon in the funeral home.
