Elizabeth A. Chioffe

Elizabeth A. Chioffe, age 73 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, Novemeber 29, 2011 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, July 5, 1938, she was the daughter of the late John and Rosemarie Klingle Zarinko. She had resided in Readington Township since 1976. She was a homemaker and a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Three Bridges, NJ.

Her husband of forty-six years, Harry R. Chioffe, died in 2008. Surviving are four sons, Harry, Jr. of Charleston, SC, Robert of Jamison, PA, Brian of Stewartsville, NJ and Michael of Flemington, NJ; a brother, Thomas Zarinko of Summit, NJ; two sisters, Rosemarie Patetta of Toms River, NJ and Sue Hildebrandt of Whitehouse Station, NJ; and five grandchildren: Matthew, Christopher, Riley, Jonathan, and Erin Chioffe.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:30 AM in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, l47 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
