Elizabeth C. Giesler, age 97 years, of Renaissance Gardens, Warminster, PA, died Monday, February 11, 2013, there.
Born in Schuykill County, PA, October 5, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Merkoski Pakozdi. She lived in Dunellen, NJ most of her life and more recently in Branchburg Township, NJ before moving to Ann's Choice and Renaissance Gardens seven years ago.
She was a retired executive secretary for Union Carbide, Bound Brook, NJ.
Her husband, Edward Giesler, died in 1992. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph, John, Tobias, and Stephen. Additionally, her sister, Rose died in 2011.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith Iorio of Ottsville, PA. and Roberta Parker of Banning, CA; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in The Chapel at Ann's Choice, 16000 Anns Choice Way (off Johnsonville Boulevard), Warminster, PA 18974. The family will receive friends in the Chapel beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Interment was private in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. For further information or to send an online condolence, please visit www.holcombefisher.com.
