Elizabeth Fleming, age 95 years, of Bethlehem Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at her home.
Born in Raritan Township, NJ, March 21, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Elizabeth Bartus Simon. She was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County.
She owned and operated Roy's Bar & Grill, Jugtown Mountain, NJ for thirty-five years.
She was pre-deceased by her first husband, LeRoy Tigar, her second husband, David Fleming, and by her three brothers, Frank, Joseph, and Albert Simon. Surviving are her two sons, LeRoy Tigar of Asbury, NJ and Joseph Tigar of Annandale, NJ; a sister, Piros Phillips, of Flemington, NJ; and she was blessed to have many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday at 11 AM in St. Magdalen Cemetery, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 5-8 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
