Elizabeth Litwa, age 94 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Saturday, February 25, 2006 at Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.
Born in Newark, NJ, April 21, 1911 to the late Paul and Elizabeth Drahos Ceresnik, she had lived in Raritan Township, NJ the past seven years, having previously resided in West Orange, NJ, Newark, NJ and Melbourne, FL.
Mrs. Litwa was formerly a bookkeeper with Prudential Life, Newark, NJ and with Becker's Dairy, Orange, NJ for many years.
She attended Briteside Adult Day Care Center, Flemington, NJ.
Her husband, Stanley A. Litwa died in 1978.
Surviving are a daughter, Marylyn Vanderhoof of Raritan Township, NJ; and a son, Paul Litwa of Lake Hiawatha, NJ; six grandchildren, Bonnie LaVidette, Holly Bauer, Brian Vanderhoof, Paul R. Litwa, Linda Long and Laurie Gearl; and seven great-grandchildren, Kathryn Bauer, Paul N. Litwa, Kerry Long, Shannon Long, Matthew Gearl, Kara Gearl and Kierstyn Gearl.
Funeral Services will take place Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment in New York will be at a later date.
