Elizabeth Louise Weaver, age 90 years, of Kingwood Township, NJ died on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
She was born Elizabeth Louise Vosler in Allamuchy Township, NJ on June 25, 1930. Elizabeth had lived in the Hunterdon County, NJ area over sixty years.
She worked throughout her life at Quality Packaging, now known as RTS Packaging, in Kingwood Township, NJ, Bemis Bag Corporation in Flemington, NJ, and the Lambertville Diner, Lambertville, NJ.
She was predeceased by her husband, George Weaver, who died in 1993, also her son, George Weaver, her grandson, Mitch Weaver, and her sister, Helen. Surviving are five children: Ann Hall, of Clinton, NJ, Lloyd Weaver, of Phillipsburg, NJ, Robert Weaver, of Easton, PA, Mike Weaver, of Portland, PA, and Dennis Weaver, of Frenchtown, NJ. In addition, she is survived by her four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild as well as her sisters, Wilma, Joyce, and Gloria.
Her family fondly remembers her as “being kind to everyone”.
Graveside services will take place on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Frenchtown Cemetery, Trenton Avenue, Frenchtown, NJ. A private family visitation will take place prior to the graveside at the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty’s name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
