Elizabeth R. Kemble

Elizabeth R. Kemble, age 93 years, of formerly of West Amwell Township, NJ, died Friday, May 30, 2014, in Valley View Care Center, Alexandria Township, NJ.

Born in Philadelphia, Pa., daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Brezel Steward, she had resided in West Amwell Township sixty-five years.

A homemaker, her husband, Milton Kemble, Sr., died in 1992 and a son, Steward Kemble, died in 2012.

Surviving are two sons, Milton Kemble, Jr., of Lambertville, NJ, and David Kemble of West Amwell Township, NJ; two sisters, Dawn Adams of Trenton, NJ, and Susan Gutheil of Cape Coral, FL.; a brother, Isaac "Ike" Steward of Virginia Beach, VA.; six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Arrangements and interment are private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
