Elizabeth Saddington

Elizabeth Saddington (Riker) (Radcliff) passed away on June 5, 2018 at the age of 82 after a long illness at The Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ. A longtime resident of Hunterdon County, Betty worked very hard to support her family. Having worked at Bemis Bag, Pioneer on Wheels, and at the Hunterdon Developmental Center. She is probably best known for her candid, “call it as she saw it" opinions about life that she shared regularly with her friends and customers while working as a store manager at Somerset Farms and a cashier at Whitehouse Laneco. She will be truly missed by all and leaves behind her husband of 18 years Ed Saddington, her children George Radcliff, Cindy LaLumiere, Allen (Dusty) Radcliff, and Lisa Springer, as well as thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Betty is also survived by her brother Harold Radcliff. A Memorial Service officiated by Rev. Christopher Voorhees will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 4:00 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Visitation hours will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 PM.
