Emil R. Svoboda, Jr.

Emil R. Svoboda, Jr., age 58 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at his residence.

Born in Raritan Township, NJ, November 10, 1957, he was the son of the late Emil R. and June Day Svoboda, Sr. He was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County.

Emil was a 1976 graduate of Hunterdon Central High School. He was a 37 year employee of Century Link.

Emil was an avid hunter with both gun and bow; an avid trap shooter, and a Texas Holdem enthusiast

Surviving are his sister, Cheryl Svoboda of Doylestown, PA; a brother, Michael Svoboda, Sr. of Flemington, NJ; his nephew, Michael Svoboda, Jr. of Jackson, NJ; and his niece, Winter May Melson of Hatfield, PA.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 1-4 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private.
