Eugene Boyd

Eugene Boyd, age 49 years, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, died on August 31, 2006 in Broward General Medical Center.

Born in Boston, MA, December 2, 1956, he was the son of Donald Boyd, Sr. of Shahola, PA, and the late Clara Drummey Boyd.

He had resided in East Amwell Township, NJ most of his life. He was a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School, Flemington, NJ.

He was employed by Cordis Company, Miami, FL, and had previously worked for many years at Hydromer Corporation, Branchburg, NJ.

Surviving, in addition to his father, are a son, Travis Boyd of Easton, PA; two sisters, Suzanne Prael of Hillsborough, NJ, and Renee Kolbek of Stanton, NJ; and four brothers, Donald Boyd, Jr. of Chalfont, PA, Christopher Boyd of Ringoes, NJ, Charles Boyd of Flemington, NJ, and Robert Boyd of Raritan Township, NJ.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours. Arrarngements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
