Eva M. Faethe

Eva M. Faethe, age 86 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, March 1, 2006, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Kingwood Township, NJ, January 29, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Laura Godown. She was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, NJ.

She was formerly employed by York Luggage, Ringoes, NJ, Kuhl Corporation, Raritan Township, NJ, and RCA, Bridgewater, NJ.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Hans Faethe, Sr., in 1963, and by five children; Hans Faethe, Jr., Ernie Faethe, Laura Faethe, William Faethe, and Albert Faethe. She is survived by three sons; Charles Faethe, of Lititz, PA, Frank Faethe, of Kingwood Township, NJ, and Tim Faethe, of Orangeburg, SC; three daughters; Martha Nocera, of Wappingers Falls, NY, Susan Eng, of Freehold, NJ, and Nancy Jack, of Kingwood Township, NJ; fifteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday at 4 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2-4 PM in the funeral home.
