Evelyn Greenwood

Our Dear Mother, Evelyn Greenwood, passed away on January 20th, 2025, at the age of 94. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother.  

She was married to the late James John Greenwood, who was the plant manager of Lipton Tea in Flemington.  She was known for her kindness, generosity, and compassion for others.  She was such an awesome woman, and will always be remembered for her beautiful smile. 

She had several part time jobs in Flemington, and loved volunteering at the HMC.

She is survived by close family members; her daughters, Gail and husband Henry Wittenberg, Cynthia Slovitt and husband Alan, and Janice Cooper and husband Henry.  Her grandchildren included, Lee Slovitt, James and Alison Wittenberg. Carissa and Marcus Cooper.  Her great-grandchildren included, Ava, Ana, Hala, Alexander, Max, Lilly, Peighton, and Logan.

She will be forever missed in our hearts.

A celebration of Evelyn's life will be planned for a later date.
