Evelyn Marie Manfredi

Evelyn Marie Manfredi, age 86 years, died Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Rolling Hills Care Center in Clinton Township, NJ. Born August 15, 1930, in Bound Brook NJ, Evelyn was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn Martin. She resided in the Flemington area for more than 40 years. A homemaker, Evelyn cherished the time with her family, raising her sons, George and John Manfredi. Some of her favorite memories were dancing and travelling with her family across the United States. She also was an avid soap opera viewer, among her favorite shows was "Dallas" and " Days of Our Lives." A NASCAR fan, Evelyn was a huge Dale Earnhardt fan and was heartbroken when he died in his race car. Evelyn was predeceased by her son John Manfredi in 2014 and her ex-husband, Armondo (George) Manfredi in 2014 as well. She is survived by her son, George Manfredi of Whitehouse NJ, her three grandchildren, Tara Manfredi, Renee Manfredi, and George Manfredi Jr., as well as her ten great-grandchildren.
