Fay M. Grishka

Fay M. Grishka, age 91 years, of Ringoes, NJ, died Sunday, February 6, 2022, in Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ.

Born in Elizabeth, NJ, July 13, 1930, daughter of the late William and Gladys Wilson Drosdick, she had formerly resided in Roselle Park, NJ and had resided in Hunterdon County since 1953.

Fay was a graduate of Roselle Park High School and Christ Hospital School of Nursing. A registered nurse, she was formerly a nurse at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ and later was a nurse for Dr. Paul Madonia, of Flemington, NJ, until retiring.

She was a volunteer for Home Health Services for several years and attended the Flemington United Methodist Church.

Her husband, Walter Grishka, died in 2008, her sister, Sandra Frankovich, died in 2020 and a nephew, Douglas Drennon, died in 2021.

Surviving are a nephew, Brian Drennon, of Washington, NJ; two nieces, Christine Woodworth, of Oswego, NY and Cynthia Tayburn, of Bushkill Township, PA and a cousin, William Slaven, of Phillipsburg, NJ.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 21, 2022, at 1:00 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Monday, February 21, 2022, 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at the funeral home.
