Florence Elizabeth F Thatcher

Florence Elizabeth Fishler Reasoner Thatcher, age 86 years, of Milford, NJ, died on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Bridgeton, PA, May 6, 1926, daughter of the late Thomas B. and Mabel Pursell Fishler, she had formerly resided in Upper Black Eddy, PA.

A full time Homemaker, she was a loving mother and grandmother. Flo loved to read, play cards and take long walks. A special place for her was Ringing Rocks, on Bridgeton Hill, PA where she grew up.

She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Douglas G. Reasoner in 1951 and by her second husband, Lester M. Thatcher in 1996. Additionally, she was pre-deceased by several brothers and sisters, Thomas Fishler, Art Fishler, Doris Mock, Betty Jane Duncan and Lyla Pursell.

Surviving are three children, Frank E. Reasoner of Milford, NJ, Connie J. Reasoner Neidlinger of Flemington, NJ and Carol Thatcher Iannucelli of Easton, PA; a brother, Charles Fishler of Bangor, PA; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Family Graveside Services and Interment with her beloved Douglas Reasoner will take place privately in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
