Florence H. Miller

Florence H. Miller, age 90 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Sunday, October 24, 2010 in the Country Arch Care Center, Union Tonwhsip, NJ.

Born in Raritan Township, NJ, July 16, 1920, daughter of the late Reginald and Sarah Case Miller, she was a lifelong area resident.

A 1938 graduate of Flemington High School, Ms. Miller was employed by the Flemington Auction Market and was also the former Tax Collector for the Borough of Flemington. She was a longtime member of Clover Hill Reformed Church, Clover Hill, NJ and also of the Postmark Club of New Jersey. She was dearly loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

She was pre-deceased by nine siblings, Albert, Joe, Furman and Norman Miller and Edith Storr, Mary Vlerebome, Gertrude Hanna, Bessie Hanna and Nellie Korosec.

Surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral Services will take place Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ followed by interment in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, East Amwell Township, NJ.
