Florence Hartley

Florence Hartley, age 103 years, of Clinton Township, NJ, died Friday 31, 2015, at Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ, with caring staff members at her side. She also resided at Independence Manor, Flemington, NJ, where she received loving care for many years. Born April 5, 1912, in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Isabelle VanSyckle Lenstrohm. Florence lived in Phillipsburg for most of her childhood and was a resident of Hunterdon County for much of her adult life. Her husband, Clyde Hartley, died in 1972. Surviving are a daughter, Annabelle Hartley, of New Jersey, and many nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at 10:00 AM in Greenwich Cemetery, Stewartsville, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
