Frank Dayton Hoff

Frank Dayton Hoff, age 77 years, of Franklin Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, died on Sunday, January 23, 2011 in Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ.

Born in Stockton, NJ, February 11, 1933, he was the son of the late George and Florence Hann Hoff, Sr. He had resided all of his life in Hunterdon County, and for many years owned and operated Quakertown Garage and Radiator, Quakertown, NJ.

He was a Charter Member of both the Quakertown Fire Company and the Quakertown Recreation Club. He was a Mason, formerly a member of Host Lodge, High Bridge, NJ, and served for many years with the New Jersey National Guard.

He was pre-deceased by four brothers, John, George, Jr., Oscar, and Arthur Hoff. Surviving are four daughters, Judy Enea and her husband Pete of Franklin Township, NJ, Sue Hoff of Ware Shoal, SC, Kim Wehman and her husband Robert of Katy, TX, and Karen Dilley and her husband Alan of Franklin Township, NJ; three sons, Frank Hoff and his wife Cindy of Fort Wayne, IN, Art Hoff, Sr. and his wife Heidi of Franklin Township, NJ, and Timothy Hoff and his wife Joanne of Milford, NJ; his former wife, Judy Suydam of Franklin Township, NJ; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at 1 PM in the Cherryville Baptist Church, Cherryville, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours.
