Frank J. Sokolowski

Frank J. Sokolowski, age 83 years, of Branchburg Township, NJ, died on Monday, June 14, 2004 in Foothill Acres Nursing Home, Hillsborough Township, NJ.

Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, August 22, 1920 son of the late John and Victoria Sokolowski, he had resided in Branchburg Township fifty years.

He was formerly a tool and dye maker with Boeing Engineering, Somerville, NJ and later became a farmer.

His wife, Helen Otto Sokolowski, died in 1990. Surviving are two daughters, Helen LoVerso and Ann Sokolowski of Branchburg Township, NJ; three sons, Joseph Sokolowski of Branchburg Township, NJ, John Sokolowski of Dallas, TX, and Frank Sokolowski of Lewistown, PA; two brothers, Adam Sokolowski of Perth Amboy, NJ and Ben Sokolowski of Matawan, NJ; eight grandchildren and twelve great-granchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Call from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Please visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information.
