Frank Kozlik

Frank Kozlik, age 79 years, of Tuscon, Arizona, died on September 2, 2000 at Princeton Medical Center, Princeton, NJ. Born in Poland on April 14, 1921, he was the son of the late Constantine Kozlik and Ann Smolarz. He worked in the masonry field. Interment in National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, PA.
