Fridrikh Gozin, age 80 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Mogilev, Russia, October 2, 1929, son of the late Issac and Saraliba Schteinman Gozin, he had resided in Flemington for the past twenty years, having formerly lived in Russia.
A Civil Engineer for many years, Mr. Gozin greatly enjoyed reading, helping others and was unselfishly devoted to his family.
His wife, Sophie Khurgel Gozin, died in 1989.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Tatiana Gozin and Henry Feldman of Warren, NJ; a son and daughter-in-law, Yuri and Stella Gozin of Toronto, Canada; a son, Alexander Gozin of Flemington, NJ; two sisters, Feiga and Nelli, both in Israel; and three grandchildren, Zeena Feldman of Washington, D.C., David Feldman of Warren, NJ and Irene Gozin of Toronto, Canada.
Funeral Services will take place on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in the Flemington Jewish Community Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ. There are no calling hours.
