Gail Louise Hufnagel

Gail Louise Hufnagel, loving mother, grandmother, and devoted companion, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2018 at age 60 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey. Born May 29, 1957 in Raritan Township NJ, Gail was the daughter of the late Charles Vincent and Bernadine A. (Hudock) Sherman. She attended Hunterdon Central Regional High School and earned an Associates Degree at Mercer County Community College. Gail was a kind, gentle person who loved children and collecting dolls for many years. Gail will be missed, may she rest in peace. In addition to her parents, Gail was predeceased by her sister, Patricia Nelson and her niece, Heather Nelson. She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth Hufnagel of Manchester PA, and Michael Hufnagel of Raritan NJ, her longtime companion, Arthur Segreaves of Milford NJ, her two siblings, brother Robert Sherman and family of Califon NJ, and sister Lynn Sherman of Miami FL, along with various cousins. A memorial service is being planned for a later date. Cremation services were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street in Flemington NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Gail’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
