Geert Hoegen

Geert Hoegen, age 70 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, January 9, 2008, at his residence.

Born in Beilen, Holland, February 15, 1937, he was the son of the late Jan Willem and Theresia J. Grit Hoegen.

He was an independent supervisor inspector for Oil Comapnies of America Corporation, Houston, TX, and Linden, NJ.

Surviving are his wife of forty-six years, Grietje Hamminga Hoegen; a daughter, Jolanda Hoegen, of Raritan Township, NJ; a son, Alexander Hoegen, of Alpha, NJ; a brother, Jan Hoegen of Beilen, Holland; a sister, Geesje Beuving of Beilen, Holland; and five grandchildren: Amy. M. Grub, Andrea M. Hoegen, Samantha M. Hoegen, Willem G. Hoegen, and Anneke M. Hoegen.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM in the funeral home.
