George C. Price, Sr.

George C. Price, Sr., age 77 years, of Lambertville, NJ, died Friday, January 5, 2018, at Aspen Hills Healthcare Center, Pemberton Township, NJ.

Born in Flemington, NJ, May 5, 1940, George was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County and was a retired employee of the Hunterdon County Road Department.

George was an avid auto racing fan who also loved to hunt, fish and go to the casinos.

His wife, Diana Hoagland Price, died in 2009 and a daughter, Tina Wheeler, died in 2014.

Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and John Norkevich of Delaware Township, NJ and Karen and Donald Gorman of East Amwell Township, NJ; a son and daughter-in-law, George and Jennifer Price, Jr. of Flemington, NJ; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 8, 2018, at 8:00PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be at a later date in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Delaware Township, NJ. Calling hours will be Monday, January 8, 2018, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
