George D. Hall, age 81 years, of Stanton (Clinton Township), NJ, died on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at his residence.
Born in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late Frank P. and Ethel Mae Disbrow Hall.
A United States Army Veteran of World War II, Mr. Hall was an avid golfer.
He lived in the Stanton, NJ area for more than fifty years. He previously worked at the Frenchtown Porcelain Co., Telerad Mfg. Company, Flemington, NJ and lastly worked for twenty-three years at Lockheed Electronics Company, Plainfield, NJ, retiring in 1990.
He was a Neighborhood Commissioner with the BSA George Washington Council for Scout Troops of Frenchtown, Sergeantsville and Lambertville, NJ during the years 1947-1951. He was a member and former Deacon of the Stanton Reformed Church, Stanton, NJ.
His wife, Blanche L. Walker Hall, died in 1991.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffrey L. and Dawn Hall of Stewartsville, NJ and Michael G. and Kelly Hall of Bethlehem, PA; four grandchildren, Michael G. Hall, Jr. of Bethlehem, PA, Heather Hall of Northampton, PA, Scott Hall of Nazareth, PA and Matthew Hall of Bethlehem, PA; a great granddaughter, Alexis Lee Hall; and a sister, Esther J. Youngken of Milford, NJ.
