George J. Rueter

George J. Rueter, age 88 years, of Pittstown, NJ, died on Sunday, March 19, 2023 in the Country Arch Care Center, Union Township, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, November 6, 1934, he was the son of the late Leo and Pearl (Hubbard) Rueter. He had formerly resided in Kingwood Township, NJ.

Mr. Rueter was a United States Army veteran. After his service, he owned and operated Rueter Construction in Bernardsville, NJ and Flemington, NJ.

Surviving is his daughter, Kimberly Wolven of Franklin Township, NJ; two grandchildren, Bradley Wolven of Dickson, TN and Morgan Wolven of North Springfield, RI; as well as five great-grandchildren: Jacob, Dillenger, Kelly, Charlotte, and Stella Wolven.

Private cremation services are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.
