George Magalio

George Magalio, age 74 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Sunday, July 31, 2016 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Queens, NY, December 10, 1941, he was the son of the late Vasilis and Andreamahe Halatsis Magalio. George was a United States Army veteran. He was a business owner for many years, most recently with Blaher's Office Furniture outlet . He was a devoted family man, and gained notoriety as a two-time lottery winner. Surviving are his wife of fifty-one years, Denise Barna Magalio; two sons, Nicholas Magalio of Pipersville, PA, and William Magalio of Readington Township, NJ; a brother, Arthur Magalio, of Budd Lake and his four grandchildren: Crina, Nicholas, Olivia, and Jennifer. Funeral services and interment will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
