Georgeanna Leonard

Georgeanna Leonard, age 87 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Sunday, March 5, 2006, at her residence.

Born in Bloomfield, NJ, August 18, 1918, she was the daughter of the late George and Anna Walsh Durning.

She had formerly resided in Linden, NJ.

She was formerly an administrative assistant at MacMillan Publishing, New York City, NY. She was a graduate of New York University.

She was a member of the AARP.

Her husband, Raymond Leonard, died in 1999. Surviving are two sons, David Leonard of Toms River, NJ, and Douglas Leonard of Flemington, NJ; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 8:30 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-8:30 PM in the funeral home.
