Gerald "Jerry" Reimer

Gerald “Jerry” Reimer, age 72 years, of Milltown, NJ, died Thursday, April 23, 2020, at Care One Rehabilitation Center, East Brunswick, NJ. Jerry was born in Somerville, NJ, July 31, 1947, son of the late Seymour and Miriam Rappaport Reimer. He grew up in the Flemington, NJ area and was a 1965 graduate of Hunterdon Central High School and Fairleigh Dickinson University. A self-employed Certified Public Accountant, Jerry loved playing and watching tennis; was an avid NY Yankees fan and enjoyed fishing and auto racing, especially at the former Flemington Speedway. Surviving are a daughter, Carla Hemingway of Milltown, NJ; a son, Keith Reimer of Boulder, CO; two brothers, Cary Reimer of Lambertville, NJ and Joel Reimer of Flemington, NJ; and two grandchildren, Joseph Hemingway and Matthew Hemingway. Private graveside services officiated by Rabbi Eric Cohen will be held in Flemington Jewish Community Cemetery, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
