Glenda Jane Murphy

Glenda Jane Murphy, age 77 years, of Franklin Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, died on Saturday, September 10, 2011, in the Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ.

She was born in Ringoes, NJ, January 18, 1934, the daughter of the late Frank and Agnes Gulick Sharp.

She was a retired elementary school physical education teacher.

Surviving are her husband, Michael F. Murphy; two sons, Michael Murphy of Franklin Township, NJ, and Timothy Murphy of Alexandria Township, NJ; and two grandchildren: Madison and Vaughn Murphy.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 2 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery, Grandin, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Friday from Noon-2 PM in the funeral home.
