Gordon C. "Rusty" Whiting

Gordon C. "Rusty" Whiting, age 70 years, of West Amwell Township, NJ, died Sunday June 2, 2013 in Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA.

Born in Pennsylvania, December 2, 1942, son of the late Gordon and Patricia Doebler Whiting, he had resided in West Amwell Township since 1998 and had formerly resided in Easton, PA.

An exceptional wrestler, he was formerly a Connecticut State Champion and New England Regional Champion when he attended Cheshire Academy.

He was re-deceased by his step-father, James Foran.

A self-employed jeweler, he is survived by his wife Natalie Ziemba Whiting; a half sister, Wendy Whiting Denison and her husband Chris of Scarborough, ME; two brothers-in-law, and two sisters-in-law, Richard and Holly Ziemba and Mark and Marcia Ziemba; his mother-in-law, Lucia Ziemba of Clinton Township, NJ and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM in Calvary Episcopal Church, Broad Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
